Our seminars or workshops allow you to prepare in person with our staff, taking the time required to allow you to learn and practice your interview skills. Simply put, there is no better way to get ready for your interview. Cost for the either session is $350. This is the product we are most proud of, and our success rate with clients we meet face to face has been outstanding. The ability to coach and critique both verbal and non-verbal communication provides the highest level of instruction and gives you the best training for your time and money. Although the training is identical, we offer two distinct scheduling options for face to face training—seminars and workshops.

If your schedule is not flexible, we urge you to plan in advance and try to join us at our Seminars if at all possible—the results speak for themselves! Seminar dates are typically very firm, so if your plans are not flexible a seminar is likely the best fit for you. Depending on the size of group that signs up, we often have multiple instructors at these sessions, and they typically last all day.

Because many of our counselors are airline pilots, we are often traveling to many corners of the country. Additionally, we often have time some idle time in our domiciles which allows us the option to meet with one to three clients while between trips. If working close to home on a flexible schedule meets your needs, these workshops offer the outstanding training we offer at our seminars but are often closer to your home or work. Additionally, with the smaller size groups, we can often do these workshops in half a day. Because these trips are subject to change, we discourage you from spending a lot of money on travel costs in case there are last minute changes. However, for many of our clients, these workshops are the ideal way to get the help they need at a convenient time and location.

For any of our training, you will receive a four hour audio preparation course where we will provide detailed instruction and coaching on succeeding at your particular interview. By giving you the tools you need early to prepare we can then concentrate on the mock interview work you need when we finally work face to face. Some additional material will be covered in the workshops and seminars, but most of the focus will be on helping you apply these skills during mock interview work.

If you simply cannot get to a seminar, we offer a few phone preparation courses which we can schedule at your convenience. You will receive the same pre-course study materials we provide for our seminar and workshop clients. After you have completed your home study, we will then schedule for a complete mock interview with one of our counselors who will help you tailor your answers to help you be most effective. These phone consultations are priced at $375 for the entire program. There are no additional fees for extra help or additional consults prior to your interview.
